Wootton High shooting: student wounded, classmate arrested during lockdown

A student was shot in the stomach at Thomas S. Wootton High School in Montgomery County, Md.; the victim was hospitalized and listed as stable. A second student, the suspected shooter, was arrested near the school. The campus was placed on lockdown and parents were directed to pick up students at Robert Frost Middle School as investigators continue the probe.
