Oklahoma man arrested after fatal shooting during backyard target practice

An Oklahoma man doing target practice in his backyard on Christmas accidentally shot and killed an elderly woman a few blocks away. Cody Wayne Adams, 33, was charged with first-degree manslaughter after authorities found he was shooting a Glock 45 near his home, which resulted in the fatal shooting of a woman on her porch. Adams admitted to shooting towards the ground with the gun, which was loaded with multiple rounds, and was arrested with a bond set at $100,000.
