Nationwide Operation Recovers Dozens of Missing Children in Multiple States

During a 10-week nationwide operation called "Operation We Will Find You," the U.S. Marshals, along with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and state and local agencies, found or recovered 225 endangered missing children, including 30 from the San Antonio and surrounding areas. The operation focused on geographical areas with high clusters of critically missing children, with the San Antonio area being one of those locations. The children found included runaways and those abducted by non-custodial persons, many of whom were considered to be in dangerous situations and vulnerable to drugs, gangs, and human trafficking.
