"Midnight Trio: Boston Welcomes First Newborns of 2024"

Massachusetts welcomed its first babies of 2024 with three girls born at the stroke of midnight on New Year's Day at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Selena, born to parents Margarita and Roberto, weighed six pounds, five ounces. Emily Margaret, the third daughter of Eileen and Andrew DeRoma, weighed seven pounds, 15 ounces. Ophelia, the first child of Min Li and Huaien Wang, weighed six pounds, eight ounces. All families are doing well, continuing the tradition of New Year's births at these hospitals.
