Families left homeless after devastating Leon Valley apartment fire

Multiple fire crews battled a fire at an apartment complex in Leon Valley, resulting in the displacement of several families. The fire started in the floor-level units and spread to a total of 12 units before being extinguished. The building is considered a total loss, and no injuries were reported. Firefighters were credited for their quick response, aided by assistance from SAWS and CPS Energy.
