The City of Pittsburgh is addressing the lack of public restrooms in Downtown by implementing a six-month pilot program that will install three trailer-like public restrooms with running water, heat, and air conditioning. The restrooms will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will be located in highly visible and accessible areas.
