Car Dangling from Uptown Parking Garage Shuts Down Roads

Several roads in Uptown Charlotte were shut down after a car was found dangling from the ninth floor of a parking garage. The vehicle, which had been left in neutral, rolled into the side of the garage, causing two metal grates to fall. No one was inside the car, and no injuries or structural damages were reported. The car was eventually pulled back into the garage and towed away.
