Former UNM athletics director Paul Krebs acquitted of embezzlement charges by jury

Former University of New Mexico athletics director, Paul Krebs, has been found not guilty on all counts of embezzlement. The charges stemmed from a 2015 golf trip to Scotland, which was brought to light by KRQE's investigation into questionable spending. After four hours of deliberation, the jury cleared Krebs of all charges, prompting applause in the courtroom.
