"Alec Baldwin Faces Involuntary Manslaughter Indictment in 'Rust' Shooting"

Alec Baldwin has been indicted by a grand jury on an involuntary manslaughter charge in connection with the deadly shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of "Rust." The indictment charges Baldwin with negligent use of a firearm or, in the alternative, involuntary manslaughter without due caution or circumspection. The actor was initially charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter before the case was dropped, but special prosecutors have now brought forth the indictment. The armorer, Hannah Gutierrez, also faces charges related to the incident, and her trial is scheduled to begin in February.
