Trump's Legal Battles: From Bank Fraud Trial to Trial Tantrums

Lawyers on both sides of Donald Trump's bank fraud trial in New York have been notified that the issue of Trump's violation of the court's gag order will be addressed in court. Trump refused to take down a post attacking the law clerk of the judge overseeing his trial, spreading a lie and directing his followers to her personal Instagram page. The judge warned Trump to never do it again and ordered him to remove the attack, but the post remained on his website until it was noticed by a liberal website. The judge has previously warned Trump's lawyers of serious sanctions for failing to abide by the gag order.
