Fulton County prosecutors estimate that a racketeering case against former President Donald Trump and 18 others would take approximately four months to try in court, with testimony from around 150 witnesses. The estimate does not include jury selection, which could take months or longer. Prosecutors argue that all 19 defendants should be tried together, as the evidence and witnesses would remain the same. The hearing was held to determine whether two defendants, Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell, should be tried separately or together.
