A former ShopRite employee has sued Rudy Giuliani for $2 million for colluding with the NYPD to falsely accuse him of assaulting an elderly person. Giuliani claimed that the employee had cursed and threatened him, but CCTV footage showed the employee patting Giuliani on the back and calling him a "scumbag" before walking away. The employee was arrested and charged with felony assault, but the charges were later dismissed. This is the second lawsuit filed against Giuliani in New York City this week.
