Sandy Hook families still awaiting compensation as Alex Jones spends $93,000 in July

Families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims are frustrated as conspiracy theorist Alex Jones continues to spend lavishly while they have yet to receive any of the $1.5 billion in judgments against him. Jones has been paying his wife $15,000 a month and spent over $93,000 in personal expenses in July alone. Lawyers for the families have called these expenditures "fraudulent transfers" and are seeking to reduce Jones' personal expenses or appoint a trustee to oversee his spending. Jones, who denies any wrongdoing, is appealing the lawsuit awards and is currently in a bankruptcy case.
