Groom sues after losing wife in DUI crash on wedding day.

The groom whose wife died in a car crash on their wedding night in South Carolina has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the alleged drunk driver involved in the crash and several local establishments where the driver had been "bar hopping" throughout the day. The lawsuit claims that the establishments continued to serve the driver despite her being noticeably and visibly intoxicated. The driver's blood alcohol level was over three times the legal limit at the time of the crash, and she is now charged with one count of reckless homicide and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily harm.
