Florida Cop Relieved of Duty and Arrested for Reckless Speeding Incident

An Orlando police officer, Alexander Shaouni, has been relieved of duty after being caught on body camera in an altercation with a Seminole County Sheriff’s deputy over speeding. Shaouni was on his way to work when the deputy saw his marked patrol car speeding at 80 mph in a 45 zone with no emergency lights or sirens activated. Shaouni is facing charges of reckless driving, resisting an officer, and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer with their lights and sirens activated.
