"Dallas Police Release Body Camera Footage of Robbery Suspect Shooting"

Dallas police released body-camera footage of a shootout between officers and a robbery suspect, Reginald Curry, in which at least a dozen shots were fired. The suspect, facing three counts of aggravated assault on a public servant, was seen pointing a pistol at people in an illegal game room. After refusing commands to drop his weapon, he was shot in the leg and chest by officers and taken to a local hospital in critical but stable condition. The incident is under investigation by the Dallas police special investigations unit and the Dallas County district attorney’s office.
