Migrant caravan en route to Mexico City for faster US legal process.

Thousands of migrants, mostly Venezuelans, have formed a new caravan to head for Mexico City to speed up their applications for U.S. asylum. The new caravan has about 3,000 migrants, some from China and other Asian countries. The migrants are protesting against the detention centers and demanding their closure. Last month, about 40 people died in a fire in one such center in Ciudad Juarez in northern Mexico.
