Pamela Bradshaw from North Carolina collapsed live on TV after winning $1 million on "Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve" hosted by Ryan Seacrest. This was her first visit to New York City, which was part of a VIP trip she won through a second-chance state lottery drawing. Bradshaw, who also flew for the first time, plans to use her winnings to buy a home. This is the second consecutive year a North Carolinian has won the New Year's Eve Powerball prize.
