Chihuahua Rescued from Rush Hour Highway Chase in New York City

A group of drivers on the Staten Island Expressway worked together to rescue a runaway Chihuahua named Bean, who was darting through traffic. The drivers attempted to corral the dog in the HOV lane, with one woman running alongside him. Eventually, the dog was safely retrieved with the help of another driver.
