Reunited: Vietnam veteran and pen-pal meet after 50 years

Col. Ned Edward Felder, a soldier serving in Vietnam, received a care package from 12-year-old Kristina Olson, who had asked for donations to send to soldiers. They began exchanging letters that spanned years and continents, forming an unlikely friendship. After more than 50 years, Olson reached out to thank Felder, and they finally met this fall. Their reunion was filled with joy and they plan to continue their friendship, with Felder considering Olson as a family member.
