Anti-Semitic Attack: Elderly Jewish Couple Assaulted on Way to Beverly Hills Synagogue

An elderly Jewish couple in Los Angeles was attacked on their way to synagogue by a man who allegedly screamed antisemitic slurs and demanded the woman's earrings. The husband was beaten bloody with a belt before the attacker was apprehended. The couple, although shaken, remains determined to proudly wear their faith. The suspect has been charged with assault, attempted robbery, elder abuse, and a hate crime enhancement.
