Students across the US demand action on gun violence

Students from several schools in Massachusetts walked out to protest gun violence and call for better mental health resources and stronger action from lawmakers. While they generally feel safe within their own community, recent shootings in other states have left them feeling vulnerable. The reality of shelter in place and lockdown drills is not enough, and students are calling for more protective laws against gun violence.
