Tragic Crash in Wisconsin: 9 Dead in Semi-Van Collision

A collision between a semi and a van on Highway 95 in west-central Wisconsin has resulted in nine fatalities, with one person injured. The crash occurred at the intersection of County Road J in the Township of Dewhurst. The driver of the semi and eight van occupants were pronounced dead at the scene, while one van passenger survived and was taken to the hospital. The Wisconsin State Patrol is assisting with the investigation, and the names of those involved have not yet been released. Governor Tony Evers expressed condolences and gratitude to first responders, and the stretch of Highway 95 has since been reopened to traffic.
