Special prosecutor in Alec Baldwin's 'Rust' case steps down.

Andrea Reeb, a special prosecutor and Republican state representative, is stepping down from her role in the manslaughter case against Alec Baldwin in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on a New Mexico film set. Baldwin and weapons supervisor Hannah Gutierrez-Reed have pleaded not guilty to charges of involuntary manslaughter. A preliminary hearing is scheduled in May to decide whether the evidence is sufficient to proceed to a trial.
