Tragic Traffic Incidents Claim Lives in Central El Paso

Fabens High School in El Paso is mourning the loss of English teacher Fernando Gutierrez, who died after suffering serious injuries in a traffic incident. Gutierrez rolled his truck over a curb and was thrown from the vehicle after losing control while approaching a curve. He was not wearing a seatbelt and died three days later in the hospital.
