Students across the US walk out to protest gun violence and demand gun policy change.

More than 20 schools in Colorado, including nine locally, are planning to walk out of class to demand lawmakers pass common-sense gun laws. The students believe these laws will save lives, and Colorado is close to passing four new measures. This follows a tragic shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, where three children and three adults were murdered. Last month, students at East High School marched to the Capitol in Denver demanding lawmakers take action to prevent youth gun violence after the death of their classmate.
