Graffiti Vandals Target Multiple Floors of Los Angeles High-Rise

Around 30 floors of an under-construction luxury condominium tower in downtown Los Angeles were covered in graffiti, prompting the LAPD to pledge better security measures for the site near the home of the Lakers.
