Daredevil graffiti artists were captured on video walking on the ledge of the abandoned Oceanwide Plaza in Los Angeles, covering 27 floors with colorful tags. The $1 billion project was left incomplete in 2019, and the graffiti artists claimed they were inspired by a similar project in Miami and accessed the building due to lack of security. The Los Angeles Police Department is collaborating with district representatives to secure the property and remove the graffiti.
