A judge has ruled that lawyers representing former Buffalo Bills punter Matt Araiza can question the sexual history of the woman who accused him and other men of raping her at a house party near San Diego State University. The judge stated that the woman's credibility will be a central issue in the case, allowing Araiza's lawyers to ask about her public statements regarding her age and number of sexual partners. Araiza and the other former Aztec football players being sued have maintained that their encounters with the woman were consensual. Araiza has also filed a defamation suit against the woman.
