Fatal Police Shooting at Love's Truck Stop in NW Albuquerque

A heavy police presence is reported on the westside of Albuquerque following an officer-involved shooting that resulted in the death of a man with at least one rifle. The suspect, who reportedly shot at police and drove towards officers, was fired upon and sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The situation is no longer a threat to the public, and residents and businesses in the area have been given the all clear. The Multi-Agency Task Force will investigate the incident, and there is still a heavy police presence in the area. Drivers are advised to avoid the area as the situation continues to develop.
