YouTube mom Ruby Franke pleads guilty to child abuse charges

Ruby Franke, a Utah mother of six who gained popularity on YouTube for her parenting advice, pleaded guilty to child abuse charges. Franke admitted to torturing her two youngest children, convincing them they were evil and possessed, and subjecting them to physical tasks, isolation, denial of food, and physical abuse. The abuse was carried out with the assistance of her business partner, licensed counselor Jodi Hildebrandt. Franke's plea agreement includes a prison term, and sentencing is scheduled for February 20. Franke's husband has filed for divorce.
