The boyfriend of Kaylin Gillis, who was fatally shot after turning into the wrong driveway on her way to a party, testified about the "frantic" scene during the suspect's trial. Kevin Monahan, 66, is charged with second-degree murder, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence. Monahan's attorneys claim the shooting was a "terrible accident" due to a misfired gun, while witnesses testified that they heard a loud noise and saw a man holding a gun as they backed out of the driveway.
