Woman Arrested for Sending Dog to Attack Phoenix Police

A woman in Phoenix was arrested after allegedly fleeing from a traffic stop and releasing a large pit-bull dog on police officers. The woman crashed into a fence on a homeowner's property, and when officers attempted to detain her, she unleashed the dog, which bit the officers. The police used a less-than-lethal tool on the dog, causing it to run away. The woman has been charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
