Wisconsin Woman Arrested for Multiple Offenses Including OWI and Child Neglect.

A 21-year-old woman from Baraboo, Wisconsin, was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, 5th offense, after being pulled over for an equipment violation on I-94/90. The Wisconsin State Patrol noticed signs of impairment and conducted a field sobriety test before arresting her. A white, powdery substance believed to be cocaine was also found in the vehicle after a probable cause search. The woman was taken to the Juneau County Jail.
