Winona Police Department's Latest Request in Search for Missing Madeline Kingsbury

The Winona Police Department and Winona Emergency Manager are requesting property owners in Winona and Filmore Counties to report old wells, homesteads, windmills, windmill bases, and accessible sinkholes that are not available in records to aid in the search for missing woman Madeline Kingsbury. Property owners are also asked to place a blue check mark in an easily visible location if they consent to having their property searched. Volunteers will only look for Kingsbury, signs of a disturbance, or something out of the ordinary, and will tie a blue ribbon around a mailbox or post to indicate that the property has been searched. Safety is emphasized as a top priority.
