"Washington Mother Arrested and Charged in 4-Year-Old Son's Violent Murder"

Janet Garcia, a 27-year-old mother from Everett, Washington, was held on $5 million bail after being accused of violently murdering her 4-year-old son, Ariel Garcia, and leaving his body on the side of Interstate 5 in Pierce County.
