Violent Incidents in East Price Hill Prompt Police Response and Arrests

A man, identified as Paul Mitchell, has been taken into custody after firing about 30 rounds at Cincinnati police officers during a SWAT standoff that lasted almost seven hours. The situation started with 911 calls regarding a domestic situation and escalated to a hostage situation. Mitchell's wife was able to get out of the home safely, and negotiators were able to get Mitchell to leave the house peacefully.
