Marcus Anthony Eriz has been found guilty of second-degree murder, causing great bodily injury and death, and shooting at an occupied vehicle in the road rage shooting that killed 6-year-old Aiden Leos on the 55 Freeway in Orange County. Eriz, who faces up to 40 years-to-life in prison, claimed the shooting was a spontaneous act with no intent to kill the child, but prosecutors argued that he acted with implied malice. Eriz's girlfriend, Wynne Lee, who was allegedly driving the car during the shooting, also faces charges.
