Unidentified Body Discovered in Jordan Lake: Deputies Seek Public's Assistance

Deputies with the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman whose body was found in Jordan Lake. The body was discovered by a boater near the Farrington Point Boat Ramp, and authorities believe her death was not accidental or self-inflicted. The woman is described as having Hispanic, Latin American, or Middle Eastern heritage, standing approximately 5-feet tall and weighing around 175 pounds.
