Tragic Twist: Newlyweds Murdered by Ex-Spouse Just Days After Wedding

A newlywed couple in Florida, identified as Kerlande and Marcelline Racine, were shot and killed outside their home just one week after their wedding. The suspect, Marcelline's ex-husband Sony Josaphat, parked his car across the street and approached the couple before shooting them. Josaphat fled the scene but later turned himself in. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder. According to court documents, Josaphat claimed that Marcelline had been disrespecting him and blocking his calls, which led to his anger taking over. The couple had just been married and were described as happy and successful individuals.
