A 9-year-old boy was shot and killed during his grandmother's birthday party in Franklin Park, Illinois. Ulysses Campos, known for his infectious smile and love for video games, was playing with other children when shots were fired into the group from a moving vehicle. Campos was the only one hit, and he later died at the hospital. A person of interest is in custody, and the police believe the shooting was isolated with no threat to the public.
