Tragic Pursuit: Child Fatally Injured in Stolen Car Crash

A child was killed in a crash during a police pursuit of a suspect in a stolen car in Oldham County, Kentucky. The driver failed to stop and collided with an SUV, resulting in the death of a child and non-life-threatening injuries to the SUV's driver. The suspect, Tymetrius Walter, has been charged with murder, wanton endangerment, receiving stolen property, and assault. The child who died has been identified as Jake Luxemburger, a fifth grader at Kenwood Station Elementary. The investigation is ongoing.
