Tragic Feud: Las Vegas High School Students Charged with Murder in Fatal Beating

Four high school students in Las Vegas have been charged as adults with second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit battery in the fatal beating of their schoolmate. The incident, captured on cellphone video and widely shared on social media, occurred during a fight over stolen items. The students, aged 16 and 17, will be transferred from the county jail to the juvenile detention center for their safety. At least eight students have been arrested in connection with the brawl, with one more arrest pending. The victim, Jonathan Lewis Jr., died from severe head trauma and other injuries a week after the attack.
