Tragic Drive-by Shooting Claims Life of 9-Year-Old Girl in Silverton

Two suspects are in custody after a drive-by shooting in Cincinnati killed a 9-year-old girl. The girl, Da’Myiah Pickens-Barton, was inside a home when gunshots came through the house. She was shot once and later died at the hospital. The suspects were found at a home and attempted to flee in a vehicle, resulting in a crash. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is conducting ballistics testing on recovered weapons. The community is mourning the loss of the young girl, who was a cheerleader for a local youth football team.
