Tragic Drive-by Shooting Claims Life of 12-Year-Old Girl in Connecticut

A 12-year-old girl, Secret Pierce, died after being shot in the head during a drive-by shooting in Hartford, Connecticut. Three other people were also wounded in the gunfire. The police believe that Secret was not the intended target. The other three people had "extensive firearm involvement and criminal history," according to the mayor.
