Tragic Death of Bronx Twins: Medical Mystery Unveiled

Five-year-old twins were found dead in their Bronx apartment, with the cause of death believed to be a "medical tragedy." The children's mother discovered them vomiting in their beds and later found them in medical distress, foaming at the mouth and nose.
