Toddler Fatally Shoots Pregnant Mom in Tragic Incidents.

A 2-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed his pregnant mother with a gun that was usually kept in a locked bedroom nightstand in Norwalk, Ohio. The mother was taken to the hospital for an emergency C-section, but the 33-week unborn baby could not be saved. The police are investigating how the child was able to pull the trigger and remind the community to store guns in a locked space, keep them unloaded, and store ammunition in a separate location to prevent such tragedies.
