Three Dead in Cleveland Standoff Identified

A SWAT standoff in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood ended with the deaths of two victims, Ritchie Welch and Regina Young-Fellows, and the suspect, Norris Richardson, who took his own life.
