Threats and Apologies: St. Patrick's Day Parade Incidents

Ridon Kola, an ISIS supporter from Yonkers, was arrested and charged with making threatening interstate communications after he messaged the Yonkers police threatening to kill officers and the mayor on the street where the local St. Patrick's Day parade was set to go down. Kola had posted disturbing posts online, including support for a "jihad" and extremists from the Islamic State. The joint terrorism task force arrested Kola Friday morning, and he faces prison time for his threats against law enforcement.
