"Third Person Charged in Lake Oswego Massage Business Sex Trafficking Case"

A third person, Zewu Hu, has been arrested for promoting prostitution in connection to a human trafficking operation at a Lake Oswego massage business, Flora Spa. Detectives discovered evidence of a prostitution front at the spa and identified at least 10 women as victims of human sex trafficking. Two other individuals, Xiaoping Chen and Lihua Lin Kelsey, were previously arrested in connection to the business. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
